How does Apostolos Thymiopoulos do it? You would think there was a limit to the number of Xinomavro-based wines he could make which still have something new to say. Yet here we are again, with a gorgeous wine made from the highest vineyard in the Naoussa appellation. The extra altitude translates into lovely freshness, but it still has that trademark Thymiopoulos drinkability with its hint of richness and polish.
