Julien Sunier's wines are some of the best in Beaujolais, but with demand increasing there is seldom enough to go around. Hence 'Pur Jus', his négociant label, and this wine 'Wild Soul' which is made with organically farmed, old vine fruit from superior vineyards. It is superb value, full of peppery character and soft dark fruit flavours.
