Jules Desjourneys 2010 Moulin à Vent ‘Les Michelons’
Regular price £75Fabien Duperray knows all about great wine, being the longstanding Burgundy agent for various stellar names including DRC and Coche-Dury. Then in 2007 he purchased some ancient Gamay vineyards in Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent and began making his own under the name 'Jules Desjourneys'. In just a few short vintages, Jules Desjourneys has cemented its place at the pinnacle of Beaujolais and Côte Maconnais, producing some of the very finest wines in the region. Moulin-à-Vent 'Les Michelons' is made from a single, superior plot. It is enormously deep and complex, and could be cellared for many years.
