A Fino Sherry aged for 15-20 years in Hidalgo's 'La Panesa' solera. Emilio Hidalgo is an outstanding family bodega, making astonishing wines which are among the finest in the region. La Panesa is enormously complex, a dull gold in colour, but surprisingly clean, bright and soft on the palate, with long, lingering notes of earth, herbs, nuts and salt.
