Château Grand Village in Mouillac is the family home of Jacques and Sylvie Guinaudeau, producers of one of Pomerol's greatest wines: Château Lafleur. It offers exceptional value for money, regularly punching above its weight to produce classic, ageworthy claret. It is mostly (around 75%) Merlot, blended with Cabernet Franc.
Tight and fine. Polished and mineral. Much better than many grander 2013s. Good value.16 points
