Valentina Passalacqua makes delicious, light, easy-drinking natural wines in Puglia. The Calcarius range is made with selected parcels found on particularly calcareous soils. This is a very gluggable orange wine made from Falanghina and given 7-8 days of skin contact. It has a lovely citrus tang and a pleasant tannic grip.
