Cecchin 2019 Malbec Sin Sulfitos
Regular price £17Argentinian Malbec has become one of the world's most popular wine styles, but while most is easy-drinking it is also easily forgettable. The Cecchin 'Sin Sulfitos' version is different. From organic vineyards (with some biodynamic practises incorporated) it is made in a decidedly natural fashion: fermented with wild yeasts, unfined and unfiltered and with no sulpur added at any stage. The resulting wine has a truly winning combination of that deep, rich Malbec flavour with additional layers of complexity and elegance.
