François Cotat makes old-fashioned, complex and ageworthy Sancerre of all kinds. That includes tiny quantities of this 100% Pinot Noir rosé. Made from a 0.4 hectare plot of 30+ year old vines in Chavignol, the wine is fermented and aged in very old barrels. The result is quite simply one of the finest, most compelling rosé wines being made anywhere in the world.
