Domaine Karanika is Greece's best sparkling wine producer, making traditional method wines highlighting the Xinomavro grape variety. Brut Cuvée Spéciale is the flagship - a 100% Xinomavro Blanc de Noirs from old, ungrafted vines, it is made like Champagne and aged at least twelve months on the lees. It is seriously refined, with great freshness and depth of fruit.
