César Márquez is one of the most exciting young producers in Spanish wine, setting out to explore the variety of landscapes and soils around Valtuille de Abaj, Bierzo. Parajes de Bierzo is made with fruit from a number of villages and is mostly (85%) Mencía. Full of wild berry fruit flavours, balanced with gentle, chalky tannins.
