Camillo Donati farms 11.5 hectares of vines organically and biodynamically and makes light, refreshing and immensely drinkable natural wines. This Lambrusco is fermented in stainless steel with wild yeasts, then refermented in bottle to add its fizz. A crisp, dry and lean style of Lambrusco.
