Bret Brothers is the négociant side of Domaine de la Soufrandière. Brothers Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume source organically farmed old vine fruit from some of the best sites in the Mâcon. Harvesting is by hand, vinification with wild yeasts, and the wines see all the same care and attention that goes into the domaine wines. 'Les Crays' is from a small parcel in the village of Chardonnay, and is a wine of lovely balance and finesse.
