The big feature of Musar is time. It is 'seven years in the making', and the winery is still selling vintages from the 1950s. The best vintages seem to go on and on. If it usually sits between Bordeaux and Rhône in style, the 2000 is firmly on the Bordeaux side. It is now at its peak.
