Combel-la-Serre Cahors 'Le Pur Fruit du Causse' 2021
Combel la Serre is a small, family-owned and run estate making delicious, organically farmed Cahors. 'La Pur Fruit du Causse' is a lovely vin de soif, made with fruit from Malbec vines that are around thirty years old. Unlike much Cahors, which is made in a very heavy, tannic style for long ageing, this is a slightly lighter, fruitier, fresher wine which can be enjoyed right away.
