Regular price £21Maestro Sierra's amazing Sherrys are made in very old barrels, moved using manual siphoning, settled by time, bottled unfiltered and unsulphured. They are the perfect illustration of just how undervalued Sherry is at the moment. The amount of work that goes into producing these beautiful wines is extraordinary. The Oloroso spends 15 years in the solera system. It has a nose of caramel, coffee, toffee, chocolate, prunes, and toasted almonds, while the palate is bone dry. The result of centuries of tradition, it is a truly artisanal wine of great depth.
