Liastos is Lyrarakis' sweet wine, made with a blend of native Cretan varieties. The grapes are dried before being pressed, and the wine is aged in 225 litre oak barrels for a year. It has a wonderful aroma of apricots and orange, lovely sweetness and a slightly bitter edge to balance. A superb dessert wine.
