Judith Beck owns 15 hectares of vines in Burgenland, which have been farmed biodynamically since 2007. Ink is a blend of Zweigelt (90%) with some St. Laurent. Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks, it is then pressed into old oak barrels. It is a delicious, light, easy-drinking natural wine.
