The Moschofilero grape variety always makes appetising wines, with lovely floral/tropical flavours, but they can sometimes be one-dimensional. Seméli's Thea is a step up. Made from a single vineyard in the best area of Greece for the variety and aged on its lees for six months, it has depth, texture and freshness, without sacrificing flavour.
