Chatzivaritis 2019 Negoska Carbonic
Regular price £27Chloe Chatziviritis, one of the best young winemakers in Greece, is reinventing her family domaine as a source of seriously good, skilfully made natural wines. Negoska is a local red grape variety usually blended with Xinomavro, and 'Carbonic' refers to the winemaking technique of carbonic maceration best known in Beaujolais for producing juicy, easy-drinking reds with lots of upfront fruit. The result is a gorgeous, fresh red full of lifted strawberry fruit.
