Regular price £28Chloe Chatziviritis, one of the best young winemakers in Greece, is reinventing her family domaine as a source of seriously good, skilfully made natural wines. The Minimus series features three wines - Mi (white), Ni (orange) and Mus (red), from organically grown grapes, fermented with wild yeasts and bottled with minimal sulphur additions. Mus is Xinomavro, the great red grape of Northern Greece. It is full-bodied, with lovely fruit and plenty of structure. It will evolve over several years in the cellar.
